It is definitely a tool to not only test your time and exam topics, but to
start training you mentally. As hokey as that may sound it is true. I had
been doing practice labs for months before I did my first graded mock lab.
For some reason as soon as I saw that ticking clock I sort of froze up...I
got nervous, I started forgetting things I would never forget. Even though
it is practice, it is an exam like feel. Do that enough times, and you will
train your body to calm down a bit more.
