The key word here is "requirements".
In other words, "If it does not explicitly say you must do something, do not
assume you are required to do it."

This is very different from, the idea of " If it does not explicitly say you
can do something, assume that you cannot do it."

The bottom line is, if they do not say you can't use Tags to perform this
task then yes you are allowed to use tags.
You are actually allowed to use anything the IOS can do, to perform the
tasks, so long as it does not break the stated rules for the specific lab
you take.

Go into the lab planning on using all the tricks you have learned and if one
of them is not allowed, hope you know another way to do the same thing. :-)
