There is a label exchanged via VPNv4. The PE will use the local ASBR as the
next hop (which they have a label for) and the ASBRs then exchange labels
via VPNv4. The LFIB looks a little different, like this:
ASBR1#sho mpls forwarding-table label 22
Local Outgoing Prefix Bytes tag Outgoing Next Hop
tag tag or VC or Tunnel Id switched interface
22 20 200:1:200.1.1.1/32 \
540 Se1/0 point2point
In this case ASBR1 assigned a local label of this prefix of 22 and passes it
to its LDP peer (a P router in this case). It has learned label 20 from the
ASBR in another AS via MP-EBGP.
