I remember that there was a bug with the OSPF network type non-Broadcast
Change the OSPF to point-point...ect , and check it out.

CSCsh42565 Bug Details
TE tunnel does not come up on ospf non-broadcast network type

Symptoms: Traffic engineering (TE) tunnels go down when an intermediate
link has the ip ospf network non-broadcast command enabled.

Conditions: This symptom is observed in an OSPF network over TE tunnels
that are established on non-broadcast links.

My Workaround: Do not use non-broadcast links. Rather, use another OSPF
network
type. If this is not an option, there is no workaround.
NO the workaround is ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast

Subject: MPLS TE with OSPF

Hi,

I having a problem with my MPLS TE with OSPF-
-----------------------
Topology

R1 - R2 - R3
---------------------
TE Tunnel 13

RI- Head End for the Tunnel
R2- Mid Point
R3- Tail End

--------------------
Router 1 Config

interface Tunnel13
 ip unnumbered Loopback0
 tunnel destination 1.1.1.3
 tunnel mode mpls traffic-eng
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng priority 7 7
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth 2000
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng path-option 1 explicit name T13
 no routing dynamic
end

---------------------
IGP
router ospf 100
 mpls traffic-eng router-id Loopback0
 mpls traffic-eng area 0
 router-id 1.1.1.1
 log-adjacency-changes
 network 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 0
 network 1.1.12.1 0.0.0.0 area 0

------------
debug output

*Mar 1 00:05:03.899: TE-PCALC: bw 2000, min_bw 0, metric: 0
*Mar 1 00:05:03.899: TE-PCALC: setup_pri 7, hold_pri 7
*Mar 1 00:05:03.899: TE-PCALC: affinity_bits 0x0, affinity_mask 0xFFFF
*Mar 1 00:05:03.899: TE-PCALC_PATH: create_path_hoplist: No addresses to
connect 1.1.1.1 to 1.1.12.2

----------

The problem i am facing is MPSL TE tunnel does not come up untill i clear
ospf process on the mid point.
Have tried restarting all the three routers, however unless i clear ospf
process on R2 the tunnel does not come up,

This works with out any problem if i use ISIS as the IGP.

Best Regards
Nitin
