OT:SPA error

Hi group,

I have a queery . I have a card SPA-1X10GE-WL-V2 and I'm instling the same
into SIP-601 of 12416 chassis. IOS version is c12kprp-k4p-mz.120-32.SY6.

But this SPA is not getting detected it gives error -
