Thanks for that. I was a bit confused 'cause there was a shipping cost
associated with the 'printed' workbook option (obviously), which was
prohibitive, with me being on the other side of the planet. There was
no shipping cost associated with the $100 DVD upgrade though, which
made me wonder if it was just a DVD image (.iso) download. I guess if
it really is a shipped DVD, they figure their costs will be covered.
So I guess I wasn't really in doubt about what the resultant DVD was,
but more about what the $100 upgrade entailed.
I wonder what'd happen if I was doing my CCIE studies from my
Antarctic bungalow?
