Remember that the process of electing a router id is the same as OSPF, Eigrp
or BGP; if one is not configured it will take numerically highest IP address
of any loopback interface, and if one does not exist it will take the
highest Active IP address on that router. But let's say your LSR has a
router-id and you want to change it, here you have two choices:
1- You can use the "Mpls ldp router-id" global config command, but must
reload for the changes to take effect.
2- use the "force" keyword, in which case you don't need to reload, it
forces a change without reloading, but resets the TCP session.
