David:
I am currently studying for the Voice lab.
I use the IPexpert Blended Learning Solution and workbooks as my primary
source and the Voicebootcamp materials as my secondary source.
I like the flexibility of being able to have recorded materials that go
along with a written workbook. This way I can learn like I like to learn.
I'm not just bound to a paper book with explanations.
What is really cool is having the recorded materials ( audio and video )
available to me 24 x7 x365. Anytime I want to study I have a portable
bootcamp with me. If I don't quite understand fully the concept being
lectured about I can stop the presentation, look it up on CCO and continue
on OR I can move back and go through it again OR even go through it step by
step pausing at each major point and lab it up while going through the
class.
Then of course all of the major vendors offer instructor lead training and
End to End packages.
I have been using IPexpert products for over 7 years and they have always
been well thought out and worthy of being called one of the best products
out there. To be fair I also used CCBootcamp products as well for my R&S
lab. To also be fair I have helped to develop and write several IPexpert R&S
products over the years.
I recently started using the Voicebootcamp materials as me secondary source
for the voice lab. They also offer both written and recorded materials.
I hope that you get a lot of good input so that you can make an informed
decision. Please contact me offline if you would like to tee some samples of
the IPexpert materials before buying.
Thanks
