MSTP Root switch

Hi group,

Which command is Cisco'sbest practice to configure mstp root bridge? DocCD says
use "spanning-tree mst <instance> priority with care which left me with
"spanning-tree mst <instance> root primary" as first choice cmd.

But I still see most solutions using the later as if is prefered cmd. Or it is
fast to type...
