However, the re-use rate (or not) is not public knowledge.  Going back 
to your security clearance analogy from a different post, when you have 
a clearance, you generally shouldn't NEED a debrief to know what to 
disclose or not.  :)
One of the initial instructions you should have received for your 
clearance is to disclose nothing by default.  Then work from there based 
on approvals.
