CCIE SP question

Hi Experts,
 
I want to ask someone who passed or is preparing the CCIE SP track:
 
-- If there is a lab exam will open soon in Dubai and when it's
availability? As I want to see if I can do it in October, having in mind the
next 2 months I may have nothing to do.
 
-- Are there any open ended question on SP track?
 
-- Are the following enough to prepare for it :
 
   - Internetwork Expert CCIE SP CoD
   - InterNetwork Expert CCIE SP WorkBook Vol II
   -- Can it be done by GNS
