Re: OEQ - Scope ??

The scope appears to be the entire R/S Lab Blueprint - and a bit
beyond due to the testing of theory.

For example, a question could ask about Common Spanning Tree (CST),
even though we know it does not run on our Catalyst switches of the lab.
