Traffic Engineer extensions. Both OSPF and ISIS are capable of adding
mechanisms to enhance the protocol. I forget what OSPF uses, but ISIS
uses TLV's for this feature.

For label distribution though, both OSPF and ISIS are link state
protocols so are able to pass bandwidth and link state information to
all other nodes in the network.
