Hi Jack

Interface service-engine 0/1
Ip unnumber f0/0.101 (ip: 142.109.66.254)
Service-module ip address 142.109.66.253
Service-module ip default-gateway 142.109.66.254
No shut
Ip route 142.109.66.253 255.255.255.255 service-engine 0/1
Then
I enter to the service-module loader> config
It request me to enter IP address, what IP address should I use , same as
service-module 0/1 (142.109.66.253)?/
MY TFTP server is 142.109.66.250
I can ping TFTP service from service-module loader
But when I type boot helper
I said it cannot access to the TFTP server
Any help for this
Thanks
david

Hi,
Reseat the NME-CUE module and do a clean install of CUE software using
boot-helper method. This installs from base.
