Do you mean the frame format for control protocols like LACP and PagP?
If so, start here:

..and have a look around:
There are lots of good references, and sample captures etc., at wireshark.org.
There is nothing special (that I am aware of) about a frame on the
wire that's part of an Etherchannel bundle / port-channel group. If
you were to capture a frame on the wire, I don't think you'd be able
to tell it was part of a channel group -- I'm happy to be corrected
though!
