What did you change just before it broke? :-)
Do you have SAS? (i.e. can you open a TAC case?)
Have a look in /opt/CSCOpx/log (or 'logs', I forget) and see if there
is anything obvious in there. This is where troubleshooting CiscoWorks
products becomes painful. There are heaps of separate logs, and the
log entries are not usually very helpful. It's an unholy mess of java
and perl and shell scripts all held together with crazy glue and sheep
wool.
If you haven't already, get onto the Netpro forums (forums.cisco.com)
and ask in there. Try to provide as much information as possible about
the installation and the sequence of events leading up to the problem.
Sorry, that's all I can suggest. Maybe someone else out there has seen
the same problem.
