I beg to differ ...Demand circuit and OSPF timers are unrelated ..Read this
"With this feature, periodic hellos are suppressed and the periodic
refreshes of LSAs are not flooded over the demand circuit. These packets
bring up the link only when they are exchanged for the first time, or when a
change occurs in the information they contain"
I never said that there will be no neighbor relationship..Neighbor
relationship has to be there and thats what the OP has also in his setup..He
wants to stop any further hellos and thats what the demand circuit will do..
Please correct me If I am wrong
