Voice Certification Advice

Group Study.

        Thinking, that I need an advice how to intelligently and effectively
prepare for the Voice Certification from a to z (including any ./numbers),
and taking in consideration that is to start from 0 to 100, Also i4m
looking for recommendation for building a poor mans rack to practice and if
some emulation (VMWare / Dynmaips / Phones) can be perform better

I been googling all around, but there is too much, that is seems to be
nothing
