Well, it is kind of hard to believe it would be a problem recovering a
CCO account number itself, it is everywhere on exam result papers. One
can also contact a VUE centre one uses for the test so they can have a
look in their database.

And quick check on Cisco Cert Tracking system actually gives your a URL
with ability to recover your credentials.
