Biddu,

I think what you will need to do is make an ACL that matches all hosts
except 10.224.1.2 and then another ACL that denies all groups. Then apply
another rp-announce-filter. The command you have basically filters groups
(well actually it allows all groups) for that RP specified in the ACL.
