Yep,
I am at the CCSI level, I was one of the very few ..to complete the lab with
the troubleshooting tickets in around 7 hours or more.
Hope that I dont have to re-do my exam, and if I re-do it then I make it
above the mark. The only area where I had problems was the presentation
part, as I ended up using a lot of technical terms, which my mentor din't
like. Apart from that all was smooth.
