If you have a Cisco only network, Ciscoworks LMS+HUM combination is the way
to go. I have evaluated way too many NMS suites to come up with that
conclusion. It has more than what most orgs. need, and the list keeps going
with every release. E.g. they just introduced support for real-time
monitoring (HUM) and HA mode for LMS.
It lacks in some areas like escalation, SNMP Traps (limited), notification
methods, reports (flexibility), RBAC (requires ACS). But other than that,
you name the feature and its in there some where :).
