Rakesh,
Routers that are completely inside the backbone really have no clue about
other area numbers, they only know what routes are inter-area because of the
type 3 LSA. So from R0's standpoint, 172.16.123.0 is an inter-area route
inside of area 0. From R1's view, it is an intra-area route in area 1.
