Sorry to bring such and old post up. But this utility has been helpful to
me. I have been using it with vista. There is also a gadget for igoogle.
I log my time, graph it and copy to excel. It helps me keep honest track of
my time. Lot's of use's in my opinion.

Also there are a few countdown timers that are available for the vista side
