To the OP:

Please verify this shuttle service is still offered, as I know Vibe no
longer has a corporate arrangement with Cisco. I vaguely recall them
telling me that the shuttle service isn't offered any more. I could be
wrong, and I'll happily be corrected, but better safe than sorry.
Worse case though, as Jonny also pointed out, you can hop on a train
at Milsons Point station -- St Leonards station is about 3 stations
away and Cisco is in the complex right at the station.

I second the motion not to skimp on the hotel.

I stayed at the Urban hotel at St Leonards and it was good. I'd stay
there again, if/when the need arises :-)
