If it's CM, I believe the interdigit timeout is changed under the service parameters of CM on the 1st CM in the cluster.

You have couple of options:

1. manipulated the interdigit Timeout

2. Tell users to dial # at the end of the pattern to speed up the digits going
out of the gateway

timeouts interdigit
that should do it
