For some, I am sure they would cancel and wait for Version 4.
Trouble shooting, MPLS VPN, Performance routing, Zone based FW, CoPP...etc,
piece of cake if you've been out working at the right place.
I wonder if any CCIE has come back to take a different version of the lab?
If pass, maybe give them another CCIE like R&S v4...etc?
If that's the case, I wouldn't mind come back to take the lab - CCIE lab is
fun!
Oh, my boss would encourage AND pay for it too.

Ver 4 has definitely added pressure to a lot of people's lives... What was
"study till you think you're ready and if you fail but came close try again
in a month" has become: "Pass first go because there's not going to be seats
for a second shot, even if you were painfully close you now need to learn
more topics and drag the process out another 4-6 months". You got through at
the perfect time mate.
