Sometimes whether they want to spend the money or not you have to advise
them right way then when it does not work they will not blame you. I would
push for the 4500.
Never enough money to do it right the first time.
Always enough money two do it right the second time lol.

If it were me I would not want to put my name on it. I think Andrew is right
it will work at first then they will want to do more stuff(as always) and in
six months(hypothetical) it will be outgrown.

Just my opinion I have been in these situations before.
