Cisco has product line which covers the needs of Mobile (GSM) needs,
You need to select what product you are asking for

If you want to have a course which gives gerneral information on the topics
which you mentioned then I am afraid that Cisco does not do this. Yes if the
product is related to that then Cisco mostly has the courses availbale
online (free) and charged

In the world of wireless, Wimax is also there and Cisco bought one company
name navinee and this company (now Cisco) make wimax prodcuts and provide
Wimax Solutions
