How will CiscoWorks handle VTP change to transparent?

I have 9 6509s running VTP Server/Client. I'm planning to put them all in
VTP Transparent.

How will this impact our existing CiscoWorks? Will it care/notice ? Will I
have to re-import, etc? Port utilization reports stay the same?
