Packet headers ?

Hi all;

Is there any worth remembering packet headers such as for ipv6 or ipv4 or
neighbor discover messages or any other protocol in regards to either lab or
written 4.0, or knowing the inner working of the protocol is more then
enough.

does any one of you remember packet headers at all ?
