Hi Mark,
I would say your explanations would be enough. You do not need to write a
book. Just be specific, but if a keyword does not come into your mind, you
have the great change to explain something.
To me, OEQ are very great, much better than the "choose the best answer"
test's...
regards
Roger

Betreff: Open Ended Questions
Hello GS,
I will like to know without breaking the Cisco NDA about the open ended
question (OEQ).
When a question is asked, can your answer be a short one or must I also
write
short/full explanation on them?
E.g.
To overcome BGP full mesh requirement, what two methods are available?
Answer: confederation and route reflector.
Another question is this: Explain how the neighbor relationship is form in
BGP?
Answer:
1. Establishment of TCP connection
2. Exchange connection setup information
3. Exchange the entire routing tables
4. Decision process
5. Maintaining routing table using incremental updates, sends keepalives to
verify connections and use of notification messages.
After I list these out in this order, do I still need to write an
explanation
on each or these is ok?
Experts please comment.
Thanks.
