how to drop lab date for another one ?

Hello Group ,

is there any way to drop lab date for another one other than you drop and the
other one make the search ?
I had a very strange and bad experience . one of my friends decided he wont go
for the lab as he wont be ready and over the phone together he dropped his
date for me and I make same time refresh and I couldn't find this date ...I
made search many times and it never showed up :(
could this be normal ..some place on earth other one same second was making
search for date?? I lost the chance to go before 18 oct and now im making
refersh search every hour hehe
