I should say you are very very lucky I did a lot of hardwork in order to
achieve this from technical point of view.

There is NO direct integration b/w MS AD or LDAP with Subscriber Manager,
However there is a logical way of it which is to first integrate MS AD or
LDAP with ACS and then ACS will integrate with Subscriber manager.
