Thanks Brad, you're totally correct. Joe is keen to get out in front of
posts and help everyone out and just missed getting hit by a bus this time.
Fortunately being grey market we can sell our own course materials and
aren't limited to the Cisco 360, so you win some, you lose some. ;)
