I don't usually give up ass so easily but guys that go both ways
(Juniper/Cisco) are HOT!

Until then, your first stop should be the BSCI Objectives over on the
Cisco Certifications page.

Next, check out the Official Exam Certification Guide from either
Safari or Cisco Press. There are also products such as CCNP Video
Mentor that may help, depending on your strengths/weaknesses.

Finally, see if you can get some spare routers from work to practice
on. If not, you may be able to find rack rentals that provide
equipment you can connect to remotely and try a few labs there.
