Hi joe,
So lets say in the question it is asked XXX traffic should be transmitted
with an IP Precedence of 4 if its equal to or below 10 mbps.

Now in this CIR = 10 mbps = 10000000 bps

Now as per the formula

Bc = CIR ( in Bps ) /8 * 1.5

Therefore

Bc = 10000000 /8 * 1.5

Bc = 1875000 bps

But the answer is 5000 . So how did 5000 come if I go by the formula.

Please advise??

thanks
raghav
