Ahh, but they are! :-) See below:

This sets tag 390 on all EIGRP routes being redistributed into OSPF.

See above.

You can verify tag values with "show ip route" and "show ip eigrp
topology" and "show ip ospf database" for EIGRP and OSPF respectively.
