Can you please check for the below config

PE1:

*ip route vrf vpn2 4.4.4.4 255.255.255.255.255 Serial2/0

*ip route 10.0.2.0 255.255.255.0 Serial2/0 (R3 lan)

router bgp 100
address-family ipv4 vrf vpn2 --- vrf bgp process
redistribute static

router ospf 1 --- global routing ospf process
redistribute static
