I would go for static mapping and i think they mean point-to-point since in
that link there usually are Orly 2 devices in the same subnet.
The second option could be to use PPPoFR. But is not asking about
authentication or something like that.
Take a look at another task that requires this router to detect problems in
the F-R cloud/service provider.
