IPExpert CCIE SP Vol 2 or 3?

Dear all,

I'm thinking to buy one of these IPExpert CCIE SP product: "CCIE Service
Provider Lab Mentoring Kit with Video Tutorials" or "CCIE Service Provider
Lab Preparation Workbook Volume 2 (Multi-Protocol Lab Challenges)". I need
to enhance my skill in doing complicated full lab. Anyone has used these two
products, could you please tell me the differences?
