Sounds like a fun project! The 3200 series MAR would be a better
choice for a mobile router but I understand that cost is likely to be
a factor. I do lots of mobile solutions and I still find DMVPN to be
ideally suited for this sort of thing. Nothing is one-size-fits-all
of course, so it may or may not be a good choice for your situation.
Check into it and see what you think...
