Sorry folks ..those days are very headache for me in the voice L so I am
seeking you help on other issue.
I have configured IPCC version 5 and integrate it with unified communication
manager version V6
I have main number 800XXXXXX and from the telecom company I mapped 6 numbers
under the main one
When the agent logged in I using PCC agent desktop and starts receiving
calls and whenever he gets a call from outside he is seeing the number as
unknown
and if the users logged out from the agent desktop and I called him directly
in his extension because we are using punch of DID number I can see the number
Is there any clue to this problem !!!
