The following example shows how to limit the number of IGMP membership
reports on Ethernet interface 0. In this example, any IGMP membership
reports from access list 0.0.0.1 do not count toward the configured
state limit:

interface ethernet 0
 ip igmp limit 100 except 0.0.0.1
