Gold and Silver Partners can get the Master Specializations:

Master Security Specialization

http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/program/specializations/security/master/requirements.html

Master Unified Communications Specialization

http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/program/specializations/ucom/master/requirements.html

You can see that a Security CCIE or a Voice CCIE is required.

So there's not necessarily a benefit to the company if you have multiple CCIEs? If that's the the case I think I'll just get the
