This is really inappropriate, use this list for questions about IE related topics. Use a help system and customer service to deal with your issues. I'm sure it was a mistake, I don't see the reason for a public flame.

Just wondering why IPexpert have added my name to their success stories?
The only products I used by IPexpert was the quizzer (free) and a mock
lab and I certainly would not say either really helped me in passing.
The mock lab did not have the initial config on the devices that it
should of done, and at the end it did not save my configs so the score
report turned out being ZERO.
I used Internetwork Expert to pass my CCIE.
Can you please remove my name from the IPexpert site?
