Webserver redundancy

Question:1

Planned DR site which connects clients through MPLS to the DR to store their
data and to host their servers,DR is without internet connection, Client are
build with their own internet connection,1 of the client's microsoft
exchange and webserver are located in his location and they r accessible
through internet,they want to backup their data (not the server) to the DR
that can b done through MPLS to the DR?? by having a route to the mpls
router.

Answer://
Is it the above soluiton is recommended that system administrator is doing
backup of his data through a WAN link on DR site.

Please suggest any other suitable solution.if this not correct.

Question:2
Now the client requirement is if they want to backup the server (harware) if
1 goes fail the second should reponse the query from the internet whitout
any changes on firewall.for static natting,how this can b achieve ?????? as
i have read abt TCP load Distribution this will do load distribution among
the server but if 1 server goes down the NAT doesnt know it simply send the
traffic in round robin fashion and the traffic is black holed to 1 of the
server which is down.How the users will switch over if the active server
fails.

Quetion:3
Being a DR site administrator if i approve for internet connection to the DR
Data center then how i will fulfill the client requirement to access the
client webserver on their cooperate as well as on DR site if they host
their redundant server in DR when the active webserver in cooperate goes
down.
