Advice needed

good day,
Im at very interesting crossroads. My LAB is scheduled at Brussels on the 21st,
however yesterday my mailbox had an interesting 'gift' from cisco, we'll have
one of those revolving/mobile LABS here (nairobi) in November.

That would mean saving alot of money and not having to go through visa
applications and travel etc etc. It would also mean using that money to prepare
better:-) However It'd mean sitting for the 4.) blueprint. The brussels lab
gives me around 15 more days to make payment. Im using this days to also make a
decision.

I don't feel very confident about either blueprint and since Im self funding
obviously money is a big deal. I however know 3 months is more than enough for
me to hit 'trenches' and work on any material Im not ready for - the usual
workbooks, mock/assessor labs etc etc....while only I know my chances of
passing eithereither blueprint (based on my preparation) i'd like to hear what
some of you might have to say about 3.0 vs 4.0 apart from the fact that its an
unknown beast...for now...
