as far as my studies go idlepc values also depend upon pc . the way a pc
calculates idlepc value is through processor cycles and swiftness of p.c
.tip : you can go to edit -> pref -> click on ios -> edit -> save

if you experience problems during startup with 100% cpu then you can adapt
this
