Hopefully that is due to lack of time, rather than a court giving your
too much of it (sorry couldn't resist :-) )

Well done for warning others about your experience, and sorry to state
the obvious but there are some other risks here not mentioned so far:-
* Trying to cheat = bad idea
* Trying to cheat + Paying thousands of dollars to a dodgy company =
expensive bad idea.
* Providing the dodgy company with details they require to change your
recorded email address and make bookings in your name = continuing
potential for a ban to add to your bill.
* Providing the dodgy company with your personal information (as
recorded in your CCIE web page account) + (probably) also providing them
with your credit card details = continuing risk of another expensive
reminder of your expensive bad idea.

You may wish to consider informing cisco that your account has been
compromised and cancelling your credit card.
